Chubang Aromatic Vinegar is brewed from rice and fermented with starter developed by Chubang. It has a rich aroma, sour but not astringent.
Ingredients: 360g kelp noodles, 50g bacon, 50g shredded green bamboo shoots
seasoning:
50g Chubang balsamic vinegar, 20g Chubang soy sauce, 10g Chubang Guilin chili sauce, 2g Chubang pure sesame oil, 5g millet pepper, 10g red oil, 3g fine chili powder
Production Method:
1. Rinse the bacon with clean water (mainly to remove the saltiness of the bacon), fry until cooked and cut into thin strips and set aside;
