Ingredients: 100g prime beef, 150g porcini mushrooms, 20g lemongrass, 3 pine cones

Production Method:
1. Marinate the beef with Chubang Ice Flower Plum Sauce, Chubang Soy Sauce, and Chubang Fragrance Pure Corn Oil for 10 minutes;
2. Heat up another non-stick pan and add an appropriate amount of CHUBANG pure corn oil. Add the porcini mushrooms into the pan and fry until golden brown. Add CHIBANG soy sauce and stir-fry until all are cooked. Remove from the pan and place on a plate on top of the lemongrass;
3. Fry the marinated beef in a non-stick pan at high temperature until mature, then remove with a knife and place on top of the porcini mushrooms and serve with mustard balls;
4. Take the base of the smoker and put the plated lemongrass and pine cone separately;
