Production Method:
1. Sea cucumber is cooked, washed and drained, then simmered in the soup for 30 minutes and taken out;
2. Wash the yellow millet and steam it in a pot until cooked; set aside;
3. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the onions until they change colour. Add Chubang hot pot fresh oyster sauce, Chubang premium dark soy sauce, soup, salt, Chubang chicken powder, Chubang MSG, pepper and sugar. After mixing, add the sea cucumber and simmer over low heat. Wait for 10 minutes until the soup thickens;
4. Put the millet on the plate and place the sea cucumber on the millet.
