Soy sauce culture has a long history and is an important part of the Chinese nation’s food culture. Chubang Soy Sauce Culture Expo has a total of four floors, with an indoor construction area of about 7,000 square meters, and a visitable area of 60,000 square meters inside and outside the venue. It consists of a soy sauce culture square, a soy sauce culture main exhibition area, a laboratory, a soy sauce production line, an experience center and a shopping mall. Partially composed.

The main exhibition area of the expo consists of four exhibition areas: "Soy Sauce Culture and History Exhibition", "Soy Sauce Technology and Instruments Exhibition", "Nanpai Soy Sauce Technology Exhibition", and "Chubang Corporate Culture Exhibition". Through the dissemination and popularization of the millennium-old southern soy sauce brewing technology, it shows the breadth and depth of Chinese food culture, the development process of traditional Chinese brewing technology, and the rich cultural heritage and unique humanistic charm of Chu Bang. The display at Bang's production site showed the business philosophy of "Chubang soy sauce is delicious and fresh, dried for 180 days" and "pictures and facts", conveying positive energy for healthy eating and food safety.
